Salary: £24000 - £36000 per year (Experience dependent)

Reed Education are supporting a reputable secondary school in Wellingborough who are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join them on a permanent basis. An earlier start date may be available for the right candidate.
The Role
As a HLTA, you will:
*Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4
*Deliver pre-planned lessons when required
*Lead targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions
*Support teachers in raising attainment and improving pupil engagement
*Contribute to the wider school environment and pastoral support
Requirements
Experience is essential for this role. The school is specifically looking for someone who has:
*Proven experience working within a secondary school setting
*A minimum Level 3 qualification (HLTA status desirable but not essential)
*Strong communication and behaviour management skills
*A proactive, positive and professional approach
