Field Service Engineer
Location - Central London and Greater London

The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to join our Team in Central London.
This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing office print equipment across client sites.


Key Responsibilities
Service and repair devices from leading manufacturers including Canon, Ricoh, and Kyocera
Carry out on-site repairs in line with company service standards
Perform preventative maintenance during scheduled and reactive visits
Meet response times and deliver consistently high-quality work
Install equipment, including basic networking setup and user training
Provide excellent customer service with a professional and approachable manner
Collaborate closely with the Call Control team
What We’re Looking For


Minimum 2 years’ experience in photocopier/printer maintenance
Manufacturer training certifications (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
