Management Accountant (Costing & Business Partnering) – Progression to Finance Business Partner
Fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified Management Accountant who wants hands-on experience in a real manufacturing environment and a clear route into Finance Business Partnering.

The Role
You’ll play a key part in supporting the business through accurate financial insight, strong analysis and proactive partnering with operational teams. This is a hands-on role with exposure across all areas of management accounting.
You’ll be involved in:
*Producing management information to support decision-making
*Preparing monthly management accounts
*Costing work: cost rates, stock valuation & variance analysis
*Reviewing margins, volumes and performance trends
*Partnering with production, engineering, sales and NPI teams
*Supporting budgeting, forecasting & cashflow reviews
*Analysing capex projects and tracking spend
*Contributing to year-end and statutory processes
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
*AAT qualified and ideally part-qualified/finalist (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)
*Analytical, curious and confident communicating across the business
*Keen to learn how manufacturing processes link to financial performance
*Experienced in management accounting or costing
*Strong with Excel and comfortable handling detailed analysis
Most importantly, you’ll enjoy being hands-on, asking questions, and working closely with operational teams.
