Sales Account Manager

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career and who is motivated to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage end-to-end sales processes from initial enquiry through to delivery of the product and after-sale care.
*Create quotations using our in-house CRM system.
*Conduct site visits alongside the managing director.
*Arrange for finish samples and brochures to be sent to clients.
*Proactively follow up on new enquiries and convert them into new business.
*Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to high-profile clientele.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in the either door, furniture, carpentry, or design industry.
*Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, for client interactions over the phone, in person, and via email.
*Strong client relationship focus and a passion for selling.
*Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
*Smart presentation, suitable for a high-end showroom environment.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
*A full UK driving license is required.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with an earlier finish at 5pm on Fridays. Occasional Saturday hours may be required to meet with clients, with time off in lieu provided during the week.
