A highly regarded and forward-thinking accountancy practice based in Birmingham is seeking an ambitious Accounts Senior to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ACCA or ACA studier looking to accelerate their career within a supportive and client-focused environment.
The Role
As an Accounts Senior, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to a varied client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
*Preparing statutory accounts for a diverse range of clients
*Managing and reviewing client financial records
*Preparing and submitting VAT returns
*Building strong client relationships through regular communication
*Visiting client sites to provide hands-on support and advice
*Supporting junior team members where required
About You
*Currently studying towards ACCA or ACA qualification
*Previous experience within an accountancy practice
*Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and VAT
*Excellent communication skills with confidence in client-facing situations
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Proactive and eager to develop professionally
