We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join a busy and growing manufacturing/ production team in Wellingborough.

The role is hands-on and physical, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, is reliable, and keen to learn.
You will be involved in the manufacture of high-quality products, using power tools and machinery, meeting production needs, and maintaining quality standards.
You’ll be expected to follow safety regulations and company policies, accurately follow data and instructions, and carry out manual handling tasks.
We’re looking for individuals with a can-do attitude, good communication and numerical skills.
Experience with tools or manual work is desirable but not essential, and you must be physically fit and comfortable with lifting and physical tasks.
Full practical and office-based training will be provided by an experienced trainer, with ongoing support and development available throughout.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with the potential to become permanent for the right individuals.
