1:1 Legal PA role - Personal Injury & Sports
Media & Entertainment Law Firm
Salary: up to £46,000
Location: Central London
Hybrid: 2 days from home

Are you a Legal PA seeking a role within one of the UK’s most prestigious media and entertainment law firms, renowned for advising some of the most influential names across film, television, music, digital media, sport, technology and the broader creative industries? This is a rare opportunity to support a Partner specialising in Personal Injury and Sports, largely on a 1:1 basis, whilst also supporting other teams when able to.
What the Role Involves
*Providing full PA and administrative support to a Partner (Personal Injury & Sports) and additional fee earners across the firm.
*Managing complex diaries, international appointments, and all meeting logistics with accuracy and forward planning.
*Preparing, editing and coordinating documents, liaising with document services, and supporting client onboarding and compliance processes.
*Handling time recording, expenses, billing assistance, and maintaining accurate records using Interaction and iManage.
*Anticipating needs, using initiative, and adapting seamlessly to shifting priorities
What They’re Looking For
*Previous PA experience within personal injury, litigation, or another busy legal practice.
*A confident communicator with the professionalism to liaise with high-profile clients and senior stakeholders.
*Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
*Strong IT and typing skills, combined with adaptability to evolving systems and processes.
*A positive, proactive, discreet team player with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset.
