Registered Manager / Deputy Manager – Birmingham
Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000+ per annum
BRB Recruit are working with numerous children’s homes across Birmingham offering £50,000 to £70,000+ for experienced leaders. We are seeking Registered Managers or Deputy Managers with a minimum of Level 3 qualification to lead homes, drive outstanding care, and support staff and children on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:*Lead and manage the home, ensuring high standards of care
*Support, guide, and develop staff to deliver outstanding outcomes
*Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements
*Oversee operational systems, care planning, and reporting
*Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and external partners
*Drive continuous improvement and monitor outcomes for all children
Requirements:*Registered Manager or Deputy Manager status
*Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant care/childcare field
*Proven leadership experience in residential childcare
*Strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
*Full UK driving licence (desirable)
*Confident, hands-on, and able to lead a team effectively
