Nigel Frank are working with a Microsoft Elite Partner to recruit an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join their growing advisory practice. This is a standout opportunity to shape modern workplace, compliance, and AI-driven transformation strategies for a range of high-profile clients using Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview, and Copilot.
The role is ideal for a seasoned consultant who thrives in senior stakeholder environments and enjoys translating complex compliance and governance challenges into clear, high-impact business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Design Microsoft 365 and Purview-led transformation roadmaps aligned to security, compliance, and productivity goals
*Conduct data, compliance, and Copilot readiness assessments, identifying risk and optimisation opportunities
*Architect secure, scalable solutions across Microsoft 365, Purview, and Copilot
*Lead executive-level workshops focused on modern workplace transformation and risk reduction
*Advise clients on information protection, data life cycle, and compliance operating models
*Build trusted, long-term client relationships as a strategic M365 and Purview advisor
Skills & Experience:
*5+ year’s experience in consulting or technical advisory roles with strong depth in Microsoft 365 and the modern workplace
*Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Purview - including Information Protection, DLP, Records Management, eDiscovery, and Compliance Manager
*Experience enabling and governing Microsoft 365 Copilot, including data readiness and risk mitigation
*Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, governance, and tenant architecture
*Proven ability to engage C-suite and risk/compliance stakeholders and articulate clear business value and ROI
