Duties:


*Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
*Conduct routine inspections and perform basic troubleshooting of machinery.
*Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, adjustments, and maintenance tasks.
*Assist with the setup and changeover of production lines as required.
*Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to meet health and safety standards.
*Support quality control by inspecting finished products for defects or irregularities.
*Follow safety protocols diligently to minimise risks during operations.
*Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Experience:


*Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
*Mechanical knowledge or experience with hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
*Experience in assembly processes or working within a production environment is desirable.
*Ability to read technical drawings or instructions is a plus.
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
*Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods.
