Finance Assistant (Part-Time) | Glasgow |
Looking for a varied, hands-on finance role where you can really make an impact?
I’m working with a values-led organisation seeking a Finance Assistant to support their busy finance function during a period of change. With recent restructuring, this role will play a key part in keeping everything running smoothly.
This is a broad, all-round position, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and working across multiple finance tasks.
What you’ll be doing:
*Supporting payroll (including processing new starters and leavers)
*Managing invoices and expenses
*Handling manual data input (system-supported calculations for tax etc.)
*Supporting day-to-day finance operations
*Ensuring accuracy across all records and processes
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience in a finance/admin role
*Comfortable with manual processes and attention to detail
*Organised, reliable and able to manage workload independently
*Confident supporting payroll and transactional finance tasks
The details:
Glasgow
Part-time – 21–25 hours (across 3 days)
£28,000 – £30,000 (pro rata)
