A well-established business based in Loughborough, offering a permanent role within a skilled fabrication team across both day and night shifts.
The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder Fabricator Nights to join either the day shift or night-shift team. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, performing MIG welding and fabricating structural components. This is a permanent position with a competitive hourly rate and a strong benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
*Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
*Perform MIG welding and fabricate structural components
*Utilise hand tools and machinery to cut, bend and assemble metal components
*Perform quality control checks
*Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
*Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute fabrication projects
*Operate welding equipment and machinery to fabricate components
*Contribute to a culture of safety, diversity and inclusion
*Maintain a clean and organised workspace
About You
*Apprentice trained or proven experience as a Fabricator Welder
*Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
*Able to operate a variety of hand tools and welding equipment
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
*Valid certification in welding techniques is an advantage
