An exciting opportunity has arisen within a thriving business support team for a Secretary (Patents).
Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of a friendly and hard-working secretarial team, you will provide high-quality support to busy fee-earners. Your duties will include:
*Preparing and issuing invoices
*Drafting correspondence and preparing documents
*Communicating with clients, agents and external contacts
*Updating internal systems and databases, including Inprotech
*Providing tailored support to meet specific client requirements, including using client portals/document management systems
*Managing records and general administrative tasks
About You*At least 12 months’ secretarial experience within an Intellectual Property (IP) environment
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
*Highly organised, able to prioritise multiple deadlines, and comfortable working on your own initiative
*Experience with invoicing and/or Inprotech is an advantage
