Part-Time Bookkeeper (Flexible Hours) | Poole (On-site / Hybrid considered) | £26,000 – £35,000 (full-time equivalent, pro rata)

We’re working with a friendly and growing business in Poole who are looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper to support their finance function. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day accounts while working hours that suit you.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in keeping the finance function running smoothly, with responsibilities including:
*Managing purchase and sales ledger
*Bank reconciliations and cashflow tracking
*Processing invoices and payments
*Preparing VAT returns and supporting month-end
*Maintaining accurate financial records
*Supporting with reporting and general finance tasks


What we’re looking for
*Previous experience in a Bookkeeping or Accounts Assistant role
*Strong understanding of transactional finance
*Experience with systems such as Sage, Xero or QuickBooks
*Good Excel skills
*High attention to detail and organisation
*A proactive and reliable approach
