Rise10 Recruitment are currently working with a number of well-established electrical contractors across Northamptonshire who are looking to expand their teams with skilled and motivated electricians. These opportunities offer a mix of domestic, commercial, and industrial work, with clear progression routes and excellent earning potential.
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for:
*Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
*Working across domestic, commercial, and industrial environments
*Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
*Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
*Installing containment, wiring, lighting, and distribution systems
*Ensuring all work complies with current regulations (BS7671 – 18th Edition)
*Maintaining high standards of health & safety
*Working independently or as part of a wider team
You may also have the opportunity to work on:
*Commercial installations and maintenance
*EV charging installations
*Solar PV systems
*Supervisory or senior-level responsibilities (depending on experience)
Requirements:
*NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
*18th Edition Wiring Regulations
*2391 Inspection & Testing (preferred or required depending on role)
*ECS Gold Card (advantageous)
*Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Electrician
*Experience across industrial and commercial projects
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and within a team
*Full UK Driving Licence
