This is a genuinely different paraplanning role within a boutique, privately owned, directly authorised IFA firm based in Blackheath.You will not be sat in the background purely writing reports.
Instead, you will work closely with advisers and clients, attending meetings, shaping advice, and playing a visible role in the client journey from day one.

The RoleThis is a broad paraplanning role with real client exposure.
You will be involved in:
*Attending client meetings alongside advisers
*Acting as a technical point of contact for clients where appropriate
*Researching and formulating advice across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
*Writing suitability reports and recommendation letters
*Cashflow modelling using Voyant
*Producing and maintaining financial plans using Intelligent Office (IO)
*Preparing annual review packs and ongoing servicing work
*Liaising with providers, platforms, and third parties
*Supporting advisers with complex cases and planning strategies
Systems & Tools*Intelligent Office (IO)
*Voyant cashflow modelling
Experience with these is helpful but not essential if you’ve used similar systems.

What They’re Looking For*Experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning / IFA environment
*Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments
*Comfortable interacting with clients and attending meetings
*Someone who wants to be involved in the advice process, not just documentation
*Diploma qualified (or working towards) preferred
Package*Salary: £45,000 to £60,000
*Bonus: 10%
*Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays (increasing with service)
