Key Responsibilities:As the Store Manager, you will:
*Lead the store from the front, delivering outstanding customer service and sales
*Coach and develop your team to build confidence and expertise
*Take full ownership of store performance, operations, and visual standards
*Work closely with the workshop to ensure smooth and efficient operations
*Represent the store within the local cycling community and online
Requirements:*Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
*Passion for cycling (Cytec qualifications desirable but not essential)
*Strong understanding of retail operations, sales performance, and team management
*Confident, hands-on leader capable of driving results and inspiring a team
*Highly organised with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
