Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisor
Location: Sheffield
Hours: Between 11:00am – 2:00pm (hours may vary)
About the Role:
We are seeking caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Lunchtime Supervisors in a friendly and welcoming primary school. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children during their lunch break, helping to ensure a safe, happy, and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground, and other designated areas
*Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners
*Assisting younger children with eating where necessary
*Promoting safe play and inclusion during outdoor activities
*Responding to minor incidents and reporting any concerns to senior staff
*Ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all pupils at all times
What We’re Looking For:
*A friendly, patient, and approachable manner
*Ability to engage positively with young children
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Reliability and punctuality
*Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
