Description
*Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, from research to implementation
*Discover and Define
*User Flows and Task Mapping
*Low fidelity Wireframing, Interactive prototyping, Concept Useability Testing
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs and business goals
*Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
*Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
*Identify and address design challenges with creative and practical solutions
*Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into the design process
Profile
Must haves:
*Experience with modern web apps and transforming legacy systems
*Experience in designing data-rich, complex enterprise workflows
*Worked on data heavy applications
*Strong user-centered design, research & usability testing
*Strong collaboration skills
*Figma / XD / Sketch
Nice to haves:
*React
*Worked on SaaS products
*Background in retail on FMCG
