Junior Sales Territory Representative – Institutional

You must be based in Ipswich, Norwich, Cambridge, or Peterborough
Salary & Benefits
*£29,000–£30,000 base salary
*£500 per month commission (uncapped earning potential as you grow)
*£1,200 annual bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
Once you’ve completed our industry-leading training programme, you’ll take ownership of an established territory and:
*Build strong relationships with customers across restaurants, hotels, schools, and healthcare facilities
*Grow sales within your territory through upselling, cross-selling, and exceptional service
*Prospect and win new business, expanding your footprint and influence
*Become a trusted expert in cleaning and sanitation solutions that improve customer experience and safety
*Deliver hands-on support—installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment
*Provide training and guidance to customer teams, ensuring best practices and operational excellence
This is a dynamic, field-based role where no two days are the same—you’ll be out meeting people, solving problems, and making a visible impact.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
*At least 1 year of field/outside sales experience (ideally in hospitality, foodservice, or similar sectors)
*Full UK driving licence
*Willingness to be on-call occasionally (evenings/weekends)
*A proactive, self-motivated approach
Nice to have:
*B2B sales experience
*Background in hospitality, cleaning, or facilities services
*Basic mechanical or technical aptitude (plumbing, electrical, equipment maintenance, etc.)
