My client is seeking a Qualified Solicitor to work as part of their Casualty team. You’ll be at the forefront of defending public liability (PL), employers’ liability (EL), and product liability claims, working with both private and public sector clients. Preferred Qualifications:*1-3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Solicitor
*Demonstrated expertise in EL/PL/ Occupational Stress claims
*Defendant experience preferred however those with strong, relevant claimant backgrounds will also be considered
