Salary: £22,000 - £27,000
A welcoming and well-established nursery in Wokingham is seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their dedicated team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities as an Early Years Practitioner:


*Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
*Observe, monitor, and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
*Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development through structured and play-based learning
*Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and child welfare
*Build strong relationships with colleagues and parents to support each child’s development
What you need to be an Early Years Practitioner:


*Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
*Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
*Previous experience working with young children
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Sound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
