BRB Recruit are supporting an established multi-bed children’s home in Shropshire and are seeking a passionate Registered Manager or Deputy Manager to lead the team and deliver outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities:*Lead and manage the home as Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
*Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and safeguarding regulations
*Support, train, and develop staff to deliver high-quality care
*Oversee operational systems, policies, and care plans
*Build strong relationships with local authorities and external partners
*Monitor and improve outcomes for all children
Requirements:*Registered Manager or Deputy Manager status (essential)
*Proven experience in residential childcare leadership
*Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
*Level 3 or above in relevant childcare/care qualification
*Full UK driving licence (desirable)
*Confident, hands-on, and able to lead a multi-bed home effectively
