Overview
We’re supporting a growing organisation currently navigating a period of change, including a transition in systems and processes. They’re looking to appoint a Sales Ledger Supervisor to provide oversight and continuity within the function during this evolving phase.

This role will suit someone who is comfortable stepping into an environment where things aren’t fully defined and can bring structure while remaining adaptable.

Key Responsibilities
*Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales ledger function
*Manage and support a small team, ensuring workload is effectively distributed
*Take ownership of the billing cycle, ensuring invoices are raised accurately and on time
*Monitor the flow of transactions across the ledger, ensuring records are correctly maintained and up to date
*Act as a key point of contact for internal queries, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
*Review and approve adjustments, including credit notes
*Support the integrity of financial data through regular checks and reconciliations
*Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes as systems and ways of working evolve
About You
*Experience within a sales ledger or billing environment
*Previous exposure to supervising or mentoring team members
*Comfortable working in a changing environment with evolving processes
*Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
*Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams
