Salary: £55,000 per annum + £5,000 welcome bonus + up to 21% annual bonus

Key Responsibilities:*Lead and manage the new home as Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
*Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
*Establish operational systems, policies, and processes
*Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
*Build strong relationships with local authorities and external partners
*Monitor and continuously improve outcomes for all children
Requirements:*Registered Manager or Deputy Manager status (essential)
*Proven experience in residential childcare leadership
*Strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
*Level 3 or above in relevant care/childcare qualification
*Full UK driving licence (desirable)
*Ambitious, hands-on, and ready to take ownership of a brand new home
