We are seeking a meticulous and organised Payroll Administrator to join a thriving property industry team. This permanent role is ideal for someone with a strong background in payroll and a keen eye for detail and happy working in the office 5 days a week.

Description
*Process high volume payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees.
*Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
*Maintain and update employee payroll records.
*Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies effectively.
*Assist with the preparation of payroll reports for management review.
*Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
*Ensure proper deductions for pensions, taxes, and other contributions.
*Support the implementation of payroll system updates and improvements.
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
*Experience in payroll processing, ideally large payrolls on fortnightly, weekly and monthly.
*Proficiency in payroll software packages and Microsoft Excel.
*Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
*Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and employees.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
