Customer Service Specialist

£28-30k
My client is looking for a customer service specialist to join their team. The candidate must have a stable background in dealing with customers and ideally processing orders.
We need somebody with a good telephone manner and excellent written communication, somebody who can manage a busy role where you have to juggle a number of responsibilities.
Duties include:
*Answering calls and emails into the department
*Managing customer requests
*Liaising with internal teams to organise client visits
*Process service orders
*Managing reports
*Process orders
*Managing stock levels
