Salary: £48,000 per annum + £5,000 welcome bonus + up to 21% annual bonus

Key Responsibilities:*Lead and manage the home as Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
*Support and develop the team to deliver high-quality care
*Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
*Oversee operational systems, policies, and processes
*Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and external partners
*Monitor outcomes and continuously improve the service for children
Requirements:*Registered Manager or Deputy Manager status (essential)
*Strong experience in residential childcare and leadership
*Proven understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
*Level 3 or above in relevant care/childcare qualification
*Full UK driving licence (desirable)
