Our client, a respected business within the renewable energy industry, is seeking a Head of Customer Operations to lead their operational and customer-facing teams. This position will oversee day-to-day activity across Customer Operations, Customer Service and Sales, ensuring teams consistently deliver high-quality service and meet organisational objectives.


Key Responsibilities for the Head of Customer Operations:
*Oversee and coordinate the daily activity of customer support and service teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
*Track and analyse performance metrics across all customer experience functions, addressing issues promptly and ensuring all complaints are resolved appropriately.
*Maintain strong compliance and accurate administration across internal systems and customer processes.
*Enhance the customer journey by improving operational workflows and elevating service standards.


Skills Required for the Gas Engineer:
*Demonstrable background in leading high-volume customer service teams.
*Excellent communication and people-management skills.
*Full UK driving licence.
