Location: Salisbury
Salary: Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 - £40,814 per year (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)

Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 - £40,814 per year (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
Contract Type: Full Time – 37 hours per week

What You’ll Do
• Teach and assess learners across Nursing & Health programmes at a range of levels
• Deliver engaging, industry-relevant theory and practical sessions
• Support students developing clinical knowledge, patient care skills, and professional behaviours
• Prepare learners for progression into nursing, healthcare roles, or further study
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
• Relevant Nursing or Health qualification (Level 3 or above; degree advantageous)
• Current or recent clinical experience in nursing or healthcare settings
• Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare practice, standards, and legislation
• A passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing others
• Teaching qualification (desirable) — or willingness to work towards one with full support
