Senior Product Manager - Hybrid (UK, Various) - £55 - 70k (London £80k)


Harvey Nash are working with an established, rapidly growing digital consultancy who are looking to bolster their Product Team with multiple experienced Senior Product Managers. As a Senior Product Consultant, you will be an expert in your field, a confident leader & an advocate for user-centred design approaches.


What we’re looking for:
*Prior experience in at least one of the Government, PubSec, NHS or Consultancy sector & a proven background in stakeholder management / client facing roles.
*Delivery mindset, in addition to the traditional Product focus.
*Flexibility & pragmatism - balance constraints and be able to prioritise work to meet client needs.
*Leadership mindset, be confident in leading discovery sessions, coaching your team, delivering workshops & promote UCD within the team.


What you’ll be doing:
*Engaging with stakeholders, both internally & externally, to create project vision & translating the roadmap so that it is clear and easily interpreted. Be the bridge between them and your team so that they can remain focused on delivery.
*Inspire & guide your team. Support them in understanding the clients needs, give broader context and motivate them to perform to the best of their abilities.
*Perform well in a variety of disciplines - (Agile: Scrum, Kanban).
