We are working with a well-established and growing organisation based in Ely who are seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in supporting financial decision-making and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
*Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
*Support budgeting and forecasting processes
*Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management
*Assist with year-end reporting and audit preparation
*Monitor cash flow and working capital
*Improve financial processes and controls
*Partner with non-finance stakeholders to support business objectives
About You
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
*Proven experience in a management accounting role
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
*Proficient in Excel and accounting software
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
