Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire
Salary: £22,500 basic + uncapped OTE £50,000+

About the Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in driving the lettings business forward. You’ll be responsible for registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
*Registering and qualifying applicants
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
*Providing a high level of customer service at all times
*Supporting the wider team in achieving targets
About You:
*Energetic, friendly, and highly motivated
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
*Full UK driving licence is essential
*Must live within a 1-hour commute of Cheshunt
