This may differ for under 18sWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Cleaner to join our team at Nando’s. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the restaurant after operating hours, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
*Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including grills, fryers, ovens, and food preparation surfaces
*Sweep and mop floors in kitchen, dining, and storage areas
*Clean and disinfect restrooms and staff areas
*Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety guidelines
*Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages
*Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
*Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within the allocated time
Requirements:
*Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
*Strong attention to detail
*Reliable, punctual, and responsible
*Ability to work late hours and handle physically demanding tasks
Skills:
*Good organisational skills
*Ability to follow instructions
*Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards
