Drive the success of complex ERP and SaaS transformations
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Programme Release Manager to take ownership of release planning, coordination, and governance across large-scale ERP transformation programmes and integrated SaaS ecosystems.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of delivery-ensuring that releases across platforms such as Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, ADP, Concur, and ServiceNow are executed seamlessly, on time, and with minimal risk to business operations.
You’ll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, testing functions, change teams, and SI partners to create a unified, controlled, and high-quality release approach across the programme.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Lead end-to-endrelease planning and governance across complex transformation programmes
*Own and maintain theintegrated release roadmap , aligning multiple workstreams and vendors
*Coordinatecutover planning, go-live execution, and post-release stabilisation
*Driverisk management, change control, and release readiness activities
*Ensure alignment acrosstechnical, business, testing, and change teams
*Overseeregression cycles, deployment planning, and environment readiness
*Managemultiple concurrent releases within a fast-paced, multi-vendor ecosystem
*Champion consistent, scalable, and compliantrelease management processe
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
*Proven experience inRelease Management, Programme Delivery, or Environment Management within large enterprise environments
*Strong track record delivering releases acrossERP platforms (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Workday, Dynamics)
*Hands-on experience withSaaS platforms such as ADP, Concur, ServiceNow, or similar
*Deep understanding of:
*Release governance & controls
*Change management & risk mitigation
*Cross-functional coordination in complex programmes
*Experience withcutover, go-live, and integrated deployment planning
*Solid knowledge ofSDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
*Familiarity with tools such asJira, Azure DevOps, Git , or enterprise change systems
*Strongstakeholder management and leadership skills -able to align teams and drive delivery
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
*Certifications such asITIL, PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe are highly desirable
