Job Title: Senior Service Charge Accountant

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Service Charge Accountant to join a growing team. This role will take ownership of a portfolio of residential and/or mixed-use developments, ensuring accurate and timely service charge accounting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
*Preparation and review of service charge budgets and year-end accounts
*Reconciliation of service charge income and expenditure
*Liaising with auditors, property managers, and clients
*Producing financial reports and variance analyses
*Managing and mentoring junior team members where required
*Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice
About You
*Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in service charge accounting
*Strong working knowledge of QUBE property management software (essential)
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
*Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently
