Datacentre & Infrastructure | London Bridge | EMEA Markets

Edmund & Evans are working with a technology recruitment business at the start of a new growth cycle, focused on the datacentre and next-generation infrastructure space across EMEA. The Role
This is a trainee position with a clear pathway into a contract-focused recruitment consultant role.
You will be trained to operate in a high-value, international market from the outset.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Building and developing your own client base across the datacentre and infrastructure market
*Engaging senior stakeholders across complex, international organisations
*Supporting and progressing high-value contract assignments across EMEA
*Identifying and engaging high-calibre, often passive, candidates
*Learning how to win new business through structured outreach and relationship building
*Managing the recruitment process end-to-end with a consultative approach
You will gain exposure to senior roles such as programme managers, architects, and specialist engineers, operating within long-term, high-value projects.
This is a role focused on developing commercial capability and market ownership, not just activity.
