The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager (AST) to join a dynamic and expanding team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a first-class service.

Key Responsibilities*Manage a portfolio of residential AST properties
*Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
*Handle maintenance issues, coordinating with contractors and ensuring timely resolutions
*Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with legislation
*Manage tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs
*Liaise with landlords regarding property performance and recommendations
*Ensure all records and documentation are kept up to date
*Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
About You We are looking for someone who is:
*Experienced in property management (essential)
*Energetic, friendly, and highly motivated
*Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident managing a busy and varied workload
*A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Location Requirement: Must live within a 1-hour commute of Farringdon
