Our client is an independent family retail business, selling beautiful cookware to a discerning customer base. They are seeking an energetic, commercially aware individual to assist in their warehouse. This is not the usual warehouse role. Attitude is much more important than previous work experience. You just need to be physically fit and intelligent with great customer service skills and an interest in food.
The Role
This is a varied Warehouse Assistant / Customer Service role.
You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations while also assisting with customer enquiries and basic web administration. An interest in food and/or cooking is essential for this role as it will greatly assist with product knowledge and interaction with customers.
Key Responsibilities
*Picking, packing, and dispatching online orders
*Maintaining a clean, organised warehouse environment
*Handling customer enquiries over the phone and in person
*Supporting website/admin tasks when required
*Working with management to improve warehouse processes and efficiency

*Live close to Redhill
*Positive, can-do attitude — training will be provided
*Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
*Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
*Strong team player with a good work ethic
*Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

Working Hours
*Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm – flexibility for shorter hours
