Wealth Planning Administrator
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time
A well-established wealth management firm, is looking to recruit a Wealth Planning Assistant to join their Cambridge office.
This position will suit someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and enjoys working within structured processes. It is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to begin or advance their career within financial services.
Duties will include:
*Supporting financial advisers with client administration
*Preparing reports and documentation for client meetings
*Processing new business and monitoring applications
*Keeping client records accurate and up to date
*Liaising with product providers and internal departments
Requirements:
*Experience within financial planning or wealth management
*Strong administrative and organisational skills
*A process-driven and methodical approach to work
*Excellent attention to detail
*Good communication skills
Additional information:
*Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
*Office-based for the first 6 months
*Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home) after initial period
