Digital Demand & Performance Manager, B2B, Remote, c. 80K
Own demand. Drive pipeline. Prove impact.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role in a complex B2B environment where digital isn’t just activity - it’s accountable for revenue.
You’ll set the strategy and performance standards across paid media, SEO, social and ABM. You’ll lead a team, own agency relationships, and ensure every £ spent is tied back to pipeline and growth.
No vanity metrics. Just outcomes.

*Paid, organic, social + ABM working as one engine
*Channel performance, testing frameworks and optimisation
*Budget allocation, ROI and media planning

*Clear, commercial reporting to senior stakeholders
