Sales Associate – Full-Time & Immediate Starts (Central Brighton)
Our client in Brighton is expanding and seeking motivated professionals to join their residential team.

A Logic-Based Approach to Sales
Their approach is simple: follow a proven process, stay consistent, and improve through feedback. With ongoing, tailored coaching, you’ll learn how to refine your approach by building on what works and learning from each interaction.
What’s in it for you
*High Earning Potential: Realistic daily earnings of £150 – £300 for those hitting standard targets. (Top-tier producers on the team currently average £300 – £600 per day).
*Efficiency & Balance: This role is designed for high-impact performance, typically requiring 3–6 hours of active field engagement per day.

*Full-Time Commitment: You must be available 4–5 full days per week (Mon–Sat).
*Professional Status: Due to the 4-5 day requirement, this role is not suitable for those currently in full-time education (School, College, or University).
