Job Description:
We have an immediately-available, just created role for a Main Contractor’s Architectural Technician who will be the inaugural member of a newly-formed department, created to take prospective construction clients such as the DfE and local authorities through RIBA project Stages 0-3 to complete a truly class-leading, cradle-to-grave project delivery offering.
This new position is intended to align with ambitious growth targets that will see company turnover double to £100m by engaging with clients earlier in the design / delivery process so this is an exiting time to join a thriving business.
The Opportunity
*Stable, long term career development with a profitable, management and staff-owned main contractor with a successful 50+ year company history.
*A forward pipeline of profitable new build and refurb projects exclusively located within southeast London and north Kent.
*An interesting, broad portfolio of major projects.
Candidate Essentials
*RIBA qualified.
*5+ years’ experience in practice or with a main contractor on early stage-design of leisure centres, libraries, NHS or school projects.
This, then, is a great opportunity for an Architectural Technician to take the next step and grow a department around them that will add a further, business-critical client service to an already successful firm and, with interviews available from w/c 26th April, salary is a competitive £45k to £55k + car allowance + package.
