Job Description:
Service Advisor – OxfordSalary: £26,000 – £30,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £30,000 – £38,000)
Location: Oxford
Hours: Monday–Friday (No weekends)
Role OverviewWe are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and professional dealership in Oxford. This role offers a great work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule, alongside a realistic bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities*Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and MOTs
*Acting as the main point of contact for customers
*Liaising with the workshop to monitor progress
*Providing updates, gaining authorisation for additional work, and upselling where appropriate
*Managing job cards, invoicing, and payments
*Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
Requirements*Previous Service Advisor experience (essential)
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Confident upselling and working towards targets
*Organised and able to handle a busy workload
*Full UK driving licence
