Cornwall Council is seeking a qualified and experienced Principal Social Worker to join their Family Help Team based in Redruth. Key Responsibilities
*Provide leadership and expert guidance within the Family Help Team
*Support complex casework and decision-making to ensure high standards of practice
*Contribute to service development and continuous improvement
*Promote a culture of reflective practice and learning
*Work collaboratively with partners to deliver effective interventions
*Ensure children and families receive timely and appropriate support

Requirements
*Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
*Significant experience in children and families social work
*Strong leadership and mentoring skills
*Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and relevant legislation
*Ability to support and guide complex cases effectively
