Academics are currently recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in the Staffordshire Moorlands area, seeking an English Teacher to join their team on a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover from the Easter term through to the end of the summer term.
The Role:*Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4
*Engage and motivate students of mixed ability
*Mark and assess in line with school policy
*Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement
*Contribute positively to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate:*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English (or equivalent)
*Has recent experience teaching English at KS3 & KS4
*Is confident, organised, and passionate about English
*Has strong classroom management skills
*Is reliable and committed for the full duration of the placement
