This high-impact role will drive service consistency, team capability and operational performance during an important period of change and opportunity expansion.

The Role
*Lead and develop customer service teams across several UK locations.
*Work remotely, with regular national travel between operational sites (company car or car allowance provided).
*Embed consistent standards, processes and KPIs.
*Support and coach local managers. - Use data and insight to improve service quality and efficiency. -
*Act as senior escalation point for complex customer issues.
*Champion continuous improvement and support operational change.

The Skills
*Experienced in leading multi-site customer service or operational teams.
*Strong leadership, coaching and people-development skills.
*Confident using KPIs, data and reporting.
*Collaborative, structured and effective in fast-moving environments
*Comfortable travelling nationwide.
