Sales Administrator - Poole - Up to £26,228
We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join a busy sales team in Poole. This role combines customer service with day-to-day administrative tasks.
A varied role in a busy sales environment with opportunities to develop and make a real impact on customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
*Process customer orders accurately and on time
*Handle enquiries via phone, email, and webchat
*Follow up on quotes, failed orders, and aftercare
*Maintain accurate customer records
*Support internal teams to resolve queries
*Identify opportunities to upsell products
Skills & Experience
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Excellent communication and professional phone manner
*High attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and under pressure
*Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook)
*Previous customer service or administrative experience
*This role will offer Hybrid working after the first year due to training.
Hours & Benefits
*Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
*On-site parking available
