Job Title: Parts Advisor
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (Negotiable DOE), Company Pension Scheme, 25 Days Holiday, Life Assurance, Private Medical Healthcare, Training Available.
Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Parts Advisor to join a globally recognised, well established construction equipment manufacturer. As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the aftersales operation, ensuring customers and internal teams receive the right parts, at the right time, every time. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and forward-thinking business where your contribution truly matters.
Responsibilities of the Role:
*Handling parts enquiries from customers and colleagues
*Identifying and supplying the correct parts accurately
*Provide technical support to customers and team members internally about spare parts
*Processing orders and managing deliveries
*Maintaining stock levels and carrying out inventory checks
*Liaising with suppliers to ensure availability and timely supply
*Booking training session for technicians
Requirements of Role:
*Previous experience in a parts role
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Preferably IT literate
