What you will do:
*Manage and prioritise a personal caseload, working autonomously to provide top-notch care and intervention for those with mental health needs.

*Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans.
*Conduct assessments and implement therapeutic strategies to support individuals in their recovery and integration into the community.

To be successful in this role, you must be an HCPC registered professional with at least one year of experience working in community mental health at a senior level. A valid driver’s licence is essential, as you will need to visit various sites across Manchester.
